A vegan recipe and a halal policy answer different questions.
What the menus actually establish
AFURI lists Rainbow Vegan Ramen, while Kyushu Jangara identifies specific vegan ramen options within a wider menu. T’s presents a vegan restaurant concept. Those are different scopes: a dish, selected options and a restaurant-level policy.
None of those vegan statements alone is a halal certificate. If you need to avoid particular seasonings or require certified ingredients, ask about those requirements independently. Do not substitute “no pork” for either a full vegan or a full halal enquiry.
Name the exact bowl
At a mixed-menu ramen restaurant, removing a visible topping does not change an animal-based soup. Ask for the specifically identified vegan item and confirm noodles, broth, toppings and any additions together. Jangara's published distinction between regular egg-white noodles and vegan options illustrates why the complete order matters.
Check availability at the selected branch. For companions with different requirements, write down each person's chosen dish rather than ordering the same modification for everyone. Where evidence is missing, keep the result unconfirmed instead of converting an attractive menu photograph into an assurance.
