SANGA. TOKYO and HASABON publish different notice periods and conditions.
Compare the conditions, not just the label
| Restaurant | Published vegan arrangement |
|---|---|
| SANGA. TOKYO | Request at least three days in advance |
| HASABON | At least two guests, booking one week ahead |
The conditions describe preparation and booking expectations. Neither is a promise that a table will remain available until that deadline.
Send a complete request early
Include the date, party size and the exact dietary requirements for each person. Ask the restaurant to confirm both the table and the suitable course, along with the price and cancellation terms. If your party includes a single vegan diner, clarify how that fits HASABON's published minimum rather than assuming an exception.
SANGA publishes a halal certification claim; HASABON's vegan-course page does not establish the same claim. Keep those pieces of evidence separate. If an advance course cannot be confirmed, choose another documented option before the day. Do not treat either restaurant as a guaranteed walk-in vegan stop based only on a search result.
