Soy options are useful leads, but syrups, toppings and standard recipes still matter.
Start with a named drink
PRONTO lists soy-latte options, and Ueshima Coffee lists organic soy-milk coffee. These are more useful starting points than a general assumption that every café drink can be made vegan. Tully's provides current ingredient and allergen information to consult for a selected drink.
Café de Crié illustrates the limit of ingredient-based shorthand: some soy-based drinks also contain milk protein. A soy base does not make every finished beverage dairy-free or vegan.
Check additions before ordering
Identify the exact hot or iced drink, size where relevant, milk choice, syrup, whipped topping and garnish. Ask staff about the complete current recipe and any handling conditions you require. Do not rely on a photograph from a different country or an older seasonal menu.
This guide does not certify a universal vegan order across these chains. It points to operator information and a practical question sequence. If evidence is incomplete, leave the result unconfirmed. Ask separately about halal requirements rather than equating a non-dairy drink with halal certification.
