Food Diversity.today's June report highlights a roast-beef ramen dish at Ramen Gyukotsu No-Oh in Shin-Osaka Station. It identifies Zenkai Meat as the supplier of the halal-certified beef used for the topping.

Before you go

If you want to try it during a rail journey, leave enough time to find the restaurant and check its position relative to your ticket gates. Confirm that the dish is still offered, and ask about the broth, seasonings and kitchen arrangements. A report about certified beef does not, by itself, verify every ingredient or the whole restaurant. Salam Tokyo has not visited this branch.
