Keep the concept name intact
KOMEDA is □ Higashi Ginza presents a plant-based café concept. That evidence does not classify ordinary Komeda Coffee branches. Vegan Bistro Jangara is an upstairs restaurant at 1-13-21 Jingumae; the wider Kyushu Jangara group also publishes non-vegan dishes and selected vegan options.
Dropping the words “is” or “Vegan Bistro” from a recommendation can therefore change what the reader expects to find.
Match policy, branch and dish
When saving a restaurant, retain the full name and address alongside the source that supports its dietary description. If a map search returns another branch, check its own menu instead of transferring the original claim.
At a mixed-menu Jangara location, request a specifically vegan dish and confirm noodles and additions. At the Bistro, check its current menu and access arrangements; the operator says it does not take reservations. These distinctions help prevent a useful recommendation becoming an overbroad brand endorsement. Halal certification and allergy requirements still need their own evidence.
